Hope On Wheels!
I'd like to introduce you to a special little girl named Hope. She's a Maltese puppy from Tennessee, but she's not your average Maltese. What makes Hope so special is that she was born without her front legs! She doesn't let this get in her way of having a good time though. With the help of an orthotist who constructed a prosthetic set of legs using the wheels from a model airplane, Hope can move herself around faster than ever!
